Mike Rogan (Director) has amassed extensive experience managing a wide range of landscape projects including subdivision, commercial, parks, residential and town centre developments, and aged care developments. He has been involved in large scale transport projects throughout New Zealand and internationally and is frequently called on as an expert witness during legal proceedings. Mike accepts nothing less than brilliant results for clients. He is no stranger to working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver best results.
CHRYSTAL ROGAN
Partner and Creative Coordinator - DipIDD | CerTT
Chrystal is a partner at SOLA, bringing a creative eye and strong organisational focus to the business. With a background in graphic design, she oversees the studio’s administration, graphic design, marketing and accounts. Working closely alongside Mike and the wider SOLA team, Chrystal helps shape the visual identity of the practice and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Her combination of creativity, attention to detail and practical organisation plays an important role in supporting both the team and the continued growth of SOLA.
LISA SANG
Landscape Architect - BLA | DipLD
Lisa joined the SOLA studio in 2016 as a Landscape Architect from China and has experience and local study of residential, public open spaces and landscape architecture. She has an interest in Auckland’s cultural diversity and provides visionary landscape design to celebrate this value, to build strong, vibrant, and healthy communities. She is currently working for a range of clients including government agencies, private developers, infrastructure, trusts, and private sector clients.
ANTON JONES

Anton brings a wealth of expertise in landscape architecture, having been an integral part of the SOLA team since 2020. With a profound commitment to enhancing urban environments, Anton is dedicated to creating high-quality, livable spaces that harmoniously blend with their surroundings.
